The Process

INITIAL MEETING

The goal of this meeting is for me to listen and learn more about the client, their family and how they live in their house.  Together we will prioritize the main goals of the project. Using this information I will develop floor plans, furniture layouts, functional details and guiding plan of the project.

DESIGN PRESENTATION

This is when I share the design plan, listen to any feedback and make necessary adjustments.  This information will be used to begin product selection.

PROCUREMENT

During this phase, I will be getting pricing, reserving material, obtaining any strike off fabrics for color approvals, getting designs to workrooms, installers etc.…. The result of this phase will be a detailed proposal for the client to approve.

PRODUCTION

This is when the purchase orders are generated, cuttings/finishes approved, follow up on workrooms, deliveries, and tracking shipments.

INSTALLATION

This is when it all comes together.  I love seeing the joy on people’s faces when they see the final product.
