Elaine Quinn Interiors is a boutique residential interior design firm based in Manchester by-the-Sea, MA.   It is the product of Elaine’s passion for design and enhancing people’s lives.

Elaine grew up in the Midwest and went to college in Washington D.C.  After graduation she moved to NYC, worked in design, eventually moved into a successful corporate insurance career, relocated to Boston’s Back Bay, then the North Shore and obtained her MBA while working full time.   She never gave up her passion for design continuing to take classes and doing design projects during this time.

Elaine loves travel and has traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe.  That travel combined with an intellectual curiosity influence her design work.  The beauty of the countryside and sea so close to Boston is endlessly inspiring to her.  Heavily influenced by architecture, art, history, literature and travel she uses the cultural richness of New England and in particular Cape Ann to inspire her work.

Elaine believes that her role is to help clients identify their unique style and to translate it into a home that is an attractive, enduring, practical reflection of their unique family, history, interests and style.  Elaine seeks to create spaces that make the people who live in them not only comfortable and happy but joyful each time that they open the door to their home.
